Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Temporary Inquiry Panels, Special Temporary Inquiry Panel and Temporary Special Panel of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine"

The Law regulates the authority of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding the definition of the status, order of formation and activity of the Temporary Bodies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Pursuant to the Law "the grounds for the temporary Panel formation might be information on violation of the Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine by the state power bodies, local self-governing bodies, estates, public organizations regarding the issues of the social interest".
